Doctors

Dr Jane Hughes (f)

MBBS MRCGP DCH DRCOG DFSRH DPD

Dr Hughes trained at St Georges Hospital Medical School and has been a Partner since 1994. She has an interest in all aspects of general practice and family medicine.

Surgery Hours

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays

Special interests

She has a special interest in Dermatology and is an experienced dermatological surgeon offering minor surgical procedures in our fully-equipped treatment room.

Additional interests include paediatrics and women's health issues, including the menopause, sexual health and contraception.


Dr Michael Simmonds (m)

MB BS MRCP MRCGP DFFP DipEd

Dr Simmonds is a Partner at the Practice, also a GP Trainer and a member of the Local Medical Committee.

Surgery hours

Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Friday am and pm sessions.

Special interests

Dr Simmonds originally worked in hospital medicine specialising in respiratory and cardiac medicine. He has a keen interest in all aspects of general practice and family medicine. He performs joint injections and works in the practice diabetic clinic.


Dr Yestin Chong (m)

MBBS DFSRH MRCGP DCH

Qualified from St. Georges Hospital Medical School in 2003 and joined the Practice in 2010.

Dr Chong has an interest in child health and family planning and does all the regular weekly baby checks and contraceptive implant insertions and removals.

He is responsible for the ongoing care of a local residential home for elderly people with dementia, managing multiple physical and psychological issues.  Finally, he is able to do shoulder joint injections for certain types of pain.

Special interests

Child Health, Family Planning, Heart Failure, Paediatrics and Minor Surgery - joint injections


 

Dr Ildiko Imre (f)

Dr Imre joined the Practice in February 2008 and has been employed as our part-time salaried GP.


Dr Tanya Harris (f)

BMBS MRCGP DRCOG

Dr Harris trained at Brighton and Sussex Medical School and as a GP in East Sussex. She started at the practice in November 2014 and then took a permanent position as a salaried GP in May 2015.

She works Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, providing an extended hours clinic on a Wednesday.

She has interests in women’s and sexual health, as well as all other aspects of general practice. 

Dr Jill Cory (f)

Dr Jill Cory has worked for Queenhill Medical for a number of years as locum cover.  Dr Cory is now a permanent member of the Queenhill Medical Practice staff
