Appointments can be made by telephone, online (using the Patient Access website or by using the myGP app from your mobile phone) or by calling at the surgery during opening hours. Please remember that an appointment is for ONE person only. If you cannot keep an appointment please inform us as soon as possible so it can be used for another patient.
We have seven fully trained receptionists who will assist you in making appointments, and who also undertake repeat prescriptions, answer numerous and varied questions and offer help and assistance at all times. It is a legal requirement that confidentiality of patients' records is maintained at the highest level by all the practice staff.
