The doctors and staff at Queenhill Medical Practice in Croydon are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare. We run many clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as Asthma and Diabetes and offer a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.

Our repeat prescription system has changed. Please follow the instructions carefully. If you register on the system, your repeat medication will be saved for you to order next time.
Disabled Access
There is for the disabled via the pathway and the front door. There is also a fully equipped toilet with wheelchair access. Please also remember to ask the Reception Team for an appointment downstairs as the Practice does not have a lift.

Patient Participation Group
Please find attached the minutes from the first meeting.
Patient Participation Group Minutes
The group consists of nine members with a chair and secretary now appointed. There is a notice board in the waiting room where further information is available. If you would make to make a positive contribution to the services and facilities offered by the practice to the patients please make contact through this group.
Any comments and suggestions can be sent via the Practice Manager - Mrs Mary Mitchell in writing of via email mary.mitchell5@nhs.net.
